Mineral vs Sea Salt
March 30th, 2004 · No Comments
Agnes,
Thanks for the info on salt. You seem to recommend salt from two vendors.
Comparing the contents of the salt from each, I can’t see any real difference
although one reports in ppm and the other in percents. It appears to be a toss
up between the two. Is this a correct analysis or did I miss something?
Thanks, […]

Digestion and cooking of fats and oils
March 30th, 2004 · No Comments
I am very confused about how fats are best eaten to maximize nutrional
value and minimize toxicity.
I understand deep fried foods are really bad - is food that is fried
so that the oil is not allowed to reach smoking point bad too…what
happens at smoking point - a chemical reaction?
How should fats be eaten - alone - […]

Drinking water during flush (breastfeeding)
March 30th, 2004 · 1 Comment
I am a breastfeeding mother with five children, starting my first flush
tomorrow. Is it okay to drink water after 2 p.m., or is it best to drink
nothing? I’ve had 4 attacks in the past month, two days ago being my worst, I
praise God for finding this site before they took my gallbladder. Thank you so
much […]

Flush notes and misc.

I just completed my 4th flush yesterday. As in the past 3 flushes I
followed Dr. Clark’s recipe. (6 & 8pm Epsom water, 10pm Olive oil and
grapefruit juice mix). Next morning 6 & 8am Epsom water.
I passed about 100 larger bile stones (1/2″ to 1″ in diameter”),
(1cm to 2.5cm). I also passed […]

OT: Toxins in prefabricated houses
March 29th, 2004 · 2 Comments
Hi, all. Sorry this is off-topic. I have heard that there are
dangers of pre-fabricated houses, such as formaldehyde. I have CFIDS
and am trying to get myself as healthy as possible… Can’t find
anything to substantiate any dangers. Anyone out there have any info
on that?
TIA

Hi all. I’m curious why everyone jumped on this fellow when he simply asked a
question. It wasn’t an accusation, or a curse on anything, just a very
reasonable question. One that most of us have had at one point. Now I for one
have seen that there is an incredible lack of scientific evidence in this area,
both […]

“Bad Cholesterol”: A Myth and a Fraud!
March 28th, 2004 · No Comments
F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.
We in the medical profession, totally oblivious of the vital roles of
cholesterol in the body, have been duped into thinking that it is this
substance that causes arterial disease of the heart and the brain. The
pharmaceutical industry has capitalized on the slogan of “bad cholesterol”
and has produced toxic-to-the-body chemicals […]
