1st &2nd flushes

First, thanks to everyone on this list. You gave me the information
and courage to do my first flush.
My first was on Fri, July 13. My last meal was Thurs. about 4pm. I
did the usual 5 day apple juice drink. Then on Fri. afternoon I did
several enemas to get thoroughly cleaned out. Fri. eve I drank the
Epsom water at 6pm and 8pm. At 10pm I made the mistake of trying to
chug-a-lug the olive oil/grapefruit mix. It did not stay down. I was
upset because I thought the flush wouldn’t work. I just gave it up
and had some apple juice and ritz crackers and went to sleep.
To my surprise at 8am Sat. morning I started passing lots of stones.
I ended up passing well over 1000 stones!! I saved them in the empty
a.j. jars (I had plenty!) All were the yellow type. The biggest was
about 1/2 inch in diameter. I felt like a million bucks the next day.
Two weeks later, July 31 I did my second.
This time I drank the olive oil mixture slowly. I started at 10pm

and took a big gulp every 2 minutes. (I mixed 1/2cup of each for 1cup
total). I watched the clock and it took 20 minutes to finish it.
I kept it all down, no problem. I took nothing to aid sleep.
At 6am the stones started coming. And kept coming!! I passed over
2,000 stones. Mostly green, a few yellow. Quite a few 1/2-3/4 inch
size. Mostly the size of a kernel of corn. They kept passing until
4pm. I was very exhausted at this time. I had some more a.j. and
crackers and sleep. However, I felt terrrible for 10 days afterwards.
It really drained me. I could hardly do any work. It was 3 weeks
before I actually felt good. I am not sure why that was.
My GB pain is a lot less, but I can still feel a few stones poking me.
I am getting ready to do flush #3 this next week. I sure hope I get
over it quicker.
After two extremely successful flushes I am very excited about doing
my third. It is truly amazing to see the stones. I definitely think
its best to get cleaned out first so you can easily see the stones
and scoop them out if you want to save/count them.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
You are a great group.
Patty (feeling 20yrs younger!!)

I had the SAME problem after MY Cleanse. BUT I rocovered within a DAY
by Drinking Water and Adding a Dash of Sea Salt.
My Electrolytes were Drained. Quick-Steaming Veggies and Drinking the
leftover Water helps too. You want to EAT really LITE - stick to easily
digestible items and avoid processed foods.
The craving to EAT is almost overwhelming! SO EAT HEALTHY

<< I am told that the only person on this list who has done a post-flush
    ultrasound
to confirm that the stones were indeed gone from the gallbladder is this
mysterious “Dale” who does not answer his emails (I emailed him personally
after someone on the list gave me his email address) and
apparently is no longer on the list.

    Hi, everyone,
About Dale, I do miss him. And yes, he did have an empty GB the last time
that I spoke with him on e-mail and hadn’t had to do the cleanse in quite a
    while. Many months.
I can’t get mine checked because of no health insurance. I just can’t afford
it. Dale had health insurance, and I think his MD was kind of working along
with him. But he finally got a clean GB. He has Hep C, too.
I hope that he’s okay. Many of us DO miss his information.

You may check back on some of the older posts because he may be there. Like
I said, he’s got some good information.
    Susie
