HI everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has had luck with just
useing the olive oil grapefruit mixture alone. I cant stand the taste
of the epsom salt. It makes me gag.Yuck! It also make me feel like
I’m getting dehydrated. Tonight I want to do another flush and I just
want to see if anyone has just used the olive oil grapefruit mixture
and had success. Thanks so much for your help!

Hi, Brandi,
I haven’t, but I’m sure some others have. Now, I can understand the Epsom
Salts, it’s nasty and makes you feel dehydrated. I’m feeling rather weak
today because of it, so I’m going to the health food store shortly and get
some potassium, if they have it.
Your other alternative is magnesium citrate. I may try this next time, but I
wasn’t able to get ahold of any this time around. I hear it doesn’t taste
bad at all.
Hope this helps!

You cannot do the cleanse without the epsom salts because the epsom salts
are what opens up your bile ducts and allows the stones to come out
without pain.
I don’t believe this is the case. The purpose of the lemon juice is to
dilate the bile ducts as well. I’ve done it 16 times without epsom salts and
have passed 5000+ stones.
