Hi, Pat T and everyone,
Glad to hear you’re doing good after your GB/liver cleanse. I just did my
10th last night. I’m pretty weak today, actually. It’s funny how it affects
you differently at different times.
Now, on my last cleanse, Dale told me that I hit paydirt when I passed some
large, dark green stones. One was about one inch. It was the most different
cleanse that I’ve had. This one was so-so. I didn’t pass any dark green
stones this time. The dark green ones are a good sign because you’re getting
to the older stones. And in my previous cleanses, I’ve had tons of yellowish
sludge. Well, this time I had light green sludge and many, many light green
stones, some aqua in color. I don’t remember seeing my light yellow-brownish

colored stones this time.
So I must ask many people this question: Do y’all think that this stuff is
in layers in our gallbladders? Every cleanse seems to be different in some
way. Almost every cleanse has been different for me except the first few
were similar. Now I’m getting light greenish sludge. I haven’t had this
before. Maybe it’s older sludge.
Well, all I can say is that I’ll be glad when I hit rock bottom, so to speak.
Looks like it’s going to take a while for me.
