Hi again. Just had some more thoughts to share. I’ve ordered lobelia and will be picking up hops at a local nature food store. These herbs are supposed to dilate the ducts. When I do the flush (if I do the big one), I plan to have these on hand. I may do hot packs with these herbs to help dilate the duct before I swallow the mixture. I may drink tea. Not sure, but anything that will dilate the ducts will be helpful. To Naomi — Have you tried hot and cold treatments? (hydrotherapy) This is also supposed to help during a flush. It is very helpful when you are in pain. If you never heard of it, I’ll email instructions to you. Let me know. I thought if I did the flush, I would begin with my husband doing hydrotherapy and end with a hotpack of lobelia and hops before taking the flush. Christiane

    Christiane,
I guess you can say I have actually tried a hot treatment for a
gallbladder attack. The first time I had a gallbladder attack my
instinct was to rock back and forth and basically get into a fetal
position… When that no longer helped I hopped in a very HOT shower
and positioned the shower head on my back and turned on the massage!
I stayed in the shower hunched over for at least 30 minutes. Rocking
also seemed to help. Does that sound like a hot treatment? It
worked for me! But, I would still like to hear what your hot
    treatment is like.
    Thanks!
    Naomi
