l am getting ready to do the cleanse..liver/gall bladder one..and l have read
of several recipes..but l dont have them…can some of you send me your
recipe if it calls for less than 1 cup of olive oil…l am taking the
phosphorus drops instead of drinking the apple juice..bec l am diabetic2 and
dont handle the sugar in the juice very well. my colon therapist had the
drops. her recipe calls for taking 45 drops of the drops in a glass of
distilled water/organic apple juice, juice of one grapefruit, one can flat
(non-caffeine)coke, and 1 cup of xtra light olive oil..drinking this all at
one time when you go to bed, laying on right side for at least an hour..then
in the morning she will do a colon hydrotherapy on me…she said expect to
get sick..ugh! because of toxins ..l was wondering if it might be because of
having all that oill in your system…that is why l want to take less.. but l
am wondering if any of you have had success taking less oil? do you feel sick
the whole rest of the day? thanks for any advice you all have. sincerely teri.

In this case the Coke isn’t unnecessary, since its only purpose is to
provide phosphoric acid (which Diet Coke doesn’t contain, anyhow).

what exactly is the phosporic acid good for?

It removes the hard crusts on the outside of the stones and makes them easier
to pass.
