Once opened should olive oil be kept in the fridge?
    Thanks,

If you keep the olive oil in the fridge, it will keep better. I keep
mine in a wide topped 1 L bulk food container. It melts quickly at
room temperature. Simply scoop out what you need and use it normally.
Your olive oil will taste fresh until its used up. But then I’m
sensitive to the taste of rancidity. I dislike it more than most
people. When I buy 3 liters at a time, I notice it degrading at room
temperature after a couple of weeks. I also keep my flax oil in the
freezer in its original plastic container. Run it under water and
you’ve quickly got whatever you need that day.

What type of olive oil does everyone use for flushes? Do you get
really expensive stuff or does any olive oil work? I’m just
wondering if people have preferences, and why?

Concerning Olive oil vs. flax oil.
I buy Barleans organic cold pressed flax oil and it it
refrigerated to keep it fresh and unspoiled (rancid). I usually
add this to my oatmeal for breakfast or add to
    salads.
I was wondering if the flax oil does the same as the
pure olive oil in expelling stones.
Anyone out there using the flax oil to cleanse instead of olive?

And what if my olive oil doesn’t say unrefined? Does it really matter?
    Thanks in advance,
    ~F.
