Hi Diane!
My position on the surgery subject is very simple. Everyone who has
gb problems should do at laets two flushes, preferably 4-5 and change
their diet. Add some lecithin and flaxseed oil each morning and
perhaps some biles salts. For many this will be a simple cure to
the problems!
For others, we will find relief, but may never find a complete cure
through flushing. The flushes clear out gb and liver sludge. Many
of the calcified stones cannot be flushed out immediately. Hopefully
Breakstone tea and coin grass will ultimately break them down so they
will flush!
The last group who after 3-6 months of trying a healthy approach,
still find pain and indegestion they cannot manage… need to go see
a good surgeon. This is one of the most routine and easy operations
for both the doctor and the patient. Easy for the doctor, because he

does so much of tem…. Easy for the patient because it can be done
laproscopically! In and out in 1 hour!
The real key is what Jerome’s doctor said… (not an exact
quote) “Many of my patients do not change their eating habits and
end up with MORE problems… just of a different sort!”
An unhealthy gb is simply a warning sign to change the direction you
are going. More vegies, eating right, more exercise… in my case
MORE WATER each day… Try to discover the original cause and make
good changes that will lead to a long and healthy life…. with out
without that little sac!
Keep it if you possibly can… but don’t fret if you have to get it
out. Yes, the body needs it… but it can live without it! Just
take good care not to pig out now that you can eat all you want
without your warning light!
Happy New Year to all the group! The love and concern shown on this
site is greatly appreciated by this one in search of gb truth and
possibilities!

Happy New Year to everyone in this group. I wish everyone the best. Its so
good to hear good reports from those of you that have had their gb out and
those that have been able to keep it.
I went on a cruise for Christmas and had lots of food, I’m happy to say that
my gb did well. I’ve been eating a lot of junk lately, though, and look
forward to going back to my previous habits. I went to the health food store
today and got apple juice and flax seed oil. I have the flax seed oil every
day with a little cottage cheese and the apple juice with some green
supplements I take. Somebody asked what the barley green does and basically
it is a supplement. Barleygreen is grown organically and contains one of the
widest spectrum of nutrients available today from a single source that I am
aware of. It is also loaded with enzymes. I have to tell you that when I
take it, I have lots of energy, I have more stools and my nails get very
    strong.
I’ve been reading with great interest what you have been writing about

Lethicin. I think I will try it next year. What brand do you get, Ken? I’m
also going to do another flush at the beginning of the year. I’ve been sort
of avoiding it, but I think I better not…whether I like those epsome salts
    or not :
