How much Magnesium Citrate?

August 1st, 2003 · 5 Comments

Hello, Is anyone out there?
My Mat. Citrate tablets are 200 mg. Can anyone tell me how many to take for
the flush? Just convert the 200mg’s to 50g?
Help :o)

Its much cheaper to get 100g of powder.
    You will need 100 x 5 = 500 tablets!
    Have you got that many?
And what else is in the tablets?
You can try putting the tablets in a strong envelope and crushing the
    contents with something hard.
Or just get hold of some Epsom salts instaed - at most supermarkets.

    Oops -
For 50g you need only 250 tablets of 200mg.

Get at Rite-Aid drugstore, $1.50 per 10 oz bottle. Drink entire 10 oz
    bottle.
