I prefer apple juice for three days and no food before flush. It takes about
72 hours to get all food out of gi tract - when I didn’t do this it made it
harder.

This was quite and account of what you did over all the years. But this
really scares me to death. I have never done a flush and so I am quite
new and trying to
learn how to go about it.
But I honestly think, I could never do all this. Isn’t there a simpler
way. At least for a first timer. This is much too complicated for me. I
almost am considering now of having this operation.
But thank you very much for this information.

Troy, you might think this is easy. The fasting is no problem, just all
the other stuff, enemas etc.
Plus if one has never done anything like
that, it does kind of discourage one. But maybe it is just me.
I actually like the last instructions from
Lynda Johnson a lot better and much easier to follow.

This sound much better. Yes, Laura I am trying to learn, but if one has
never done things plus does not know much about it, then it is a bit
scary.
I know about epsom salt. My mother used it for us children numberous
times. I actually hate it because of this. So another question. Can you
use something of the same effect as epsom salt? I will do it if I have
to, but would really have a supstitute.
I just remember those things from way back.
Thanks, I am learning slowly, but surely.

Citroma can be found in any drug store - tastes like seven up without bubbles-
drink half the bottle per dose.
