Hi..
I wonder if any of you know someone who have done flushes for curing
Ulcerative colitis? I have a friend who really suffers alot, and I
really think he should try it. Is there anything he has to be
mindfull about? I really dont think he should use magnesium
sulphates, and I also thinks that a month with Lysimachia (gold coin
grass) is necessary for him before flushing. But I really need to
know if there may be some problems for him.
Myself, well… my results are great. I had a break for 7 days and a
high amount of lysimachia during this time. Did a flush yesterday and
I feel super today. So much energy its almost scary. :o) Bye bye IBS,
in a month or so.
take care.. hugs an kisses from Sweden

Hi Jens:
My Mother-in-law has had colitis for the past 25 years. She was told
by her doctors to avoid all fiber and fruits and vegies. Instead she
went to Mexico and fasted at a health spa for 3 weeks. First week NO
FOOD only water. Second week, fruit juices only. Third week, fruit
and vegie juices.
Since then she has lived basically on raw fruits and vegies with some
pasta and rice. Very little chicken and fish… NO red meat, dairy,
chocolate… Some things will trigger the problem. Basically it is
a constipation problem that must be addressed with fresh, raw, fruits
and vegies… make them organic!
The liver flush should only take place when the colon is completely
free of stool material. This is why apple juice and epsom salts or
disodium phosphates are so important to the flush. If everything is
not FLOWING (and I mean watery) when you take the olive oil… the
flush will not be as effective.
