I need some guidance on how to stick with the program. I have done
three cleanses, each after the 2 week period. After cleanse I, the
stones came out the next morning and I felt very good for 4 days
afterwards. After cleanse II, the stones didn’t come out until 4 p.m.
and I felt weak for days afterwards. Cleanse III purged many stones
that didn’t come out until 8 pm and some even 2 days after I drank the
olive oil. I’ve also noticed, that my bowels aren’t very productive
after those cleanses and I’m afraid little stones get permanently
stuck in my GI tract. I do have severy dysbiosis (leaky gut),
allergies, general weakness, hypoglycemia and so on. So I contacted
a colontherapist who does colon flushes who told me I don’t know what
I’m doing with those liver cleanses and I’m making myself worse. But
I’ve tried so many things that didn’t work. Now I’m confused as to
keep on cleansing or going on the colon cleansing problem which
excludes doing liver cleanses. Also I’m very concerned as to all
the toxic residue from the cleanse being reabsorbed into my
bloodstream. I cleansed not with Epsom salt, but with Magnesium
Citrate and despite the diarrhea, the stones seemed to be stuck in
there. I’d appreciate any input. Thanks.
Will the cleanses kill you???

I am not glad that you are going through this but I am very glad that you
have written what you have here. I think it’s extremely important to flush
the colon after a liver cleanse (especially when you write as you did
above). It’s easy for us flushers to forget that the liver is built to hold
concentrated toxins for a lifetime. When we pull these toxins out, I agree
with you, they are definitely concentrated and it is a great idea to make
sure that none of the sludge stays in your colon for very long.
You may want to print what version of liver flush you are doing to the list
here so that you can get suggestions from others as to where your flush
could use a little help so that you when you do flush, you can move it all
out like most folks do.

This is the die-off or the toxins happening so fast that the liver can’t keep up with the cleaning up of the supplies coming to it and therefore the stuff just ends up back in our systems. This is why it’s so important to understand the need for soluble and insoluble fiber in our diets to carry out of it the toxins the liver has cleaned out.
Dale - please share about your products of choice regarding fibre-
