Will the cleanses kill you??

Thanks to everyone for giving valuable advice. I will briefly list
how I do the liver flush and maybe one of you will see what might be
wrong with my procedure. I eat flat bread and muesli, veggies and
potatoes until 2 pm. I drink water because of dehydration until 8 pm.
I take between 5 to 10 Mg Citrate, 150 mg each, between 4 pm and 8
pm. At 10 pm I drink the olive oil potion, including 5 ornithine
pills during my last 2 cleanses. Those were the cleanses when the
stones didn’t come out easy and felt stuck in my colon. Right after
I drink the olive oil I start to feel funky. I actually like the
feeling of floating. Then I have vivid memories of my teens,
childhood, etc. Then I feel a sensation in my liver area both as hot
and cold. Then I know that the stones are coming out. The next day
I start to eat normal food. Not that much fiber I must admit.
As for the colon therapist, he refuses to treat me if I continue the
liver cleanses. He thinks that both will not work hand in hand. I

on the other side do not want to give up on the cleanses, but feel
the need to clean my colon. Has anybody had any results with enemas
right after the cleanse? I also have been taking Gold Coin Gras for
a few months now and I believe it helps my liver. Any ideas?

This could be one place to reconsider - sometimes when people take mag cit
in caps they don’t get same results as when they drink in liquid form.
If that’s too iintolerable try citroma - tastes like 7-up with no bubbly.
This seems very strange to me - I have knownb colonic therapists for over
twenty years and every single one of them was not only pro liver flushing
but also strongly recomended getting a colonic after a flush
I have - However, I ALWAYS use french catheter when I do an enema.
This eliminates any chance of balooning the descending colon and almost
always assures you of success as far as getting water all the way to the
secum (where the appendix is). Takes longer but is much more thorough.
I am presently doing Julia Chang’s program and am about to flush for first
time in a few years in the next month or so.
I am doing coptis at night to increase bile flow and bitters in morning to
break down crystalizations in liv/gb for first month. I just switched the
morning program to golden coin grass. I will share what I find from my flush

    too.

I can appreciate the discomfort you feel and the light headedness with a transit feeling. This seems to happen to me too when I take ornithine with the flush.

what’s your reasoning in terms of taking ornithine with the flush??
