Ok.. I made an error in my last post. The gallbladder doesn’t
squeeze bile into the pancreas.. it squeezes it into the intestine.
Anyway… I was under the impression that the gall bladder was part
of the passageway for the food and drink on it’s way through the
digestive tract. I imagined the food hanging out in the gallbladder
for a bit before moving on. Now I have been thinking about this when
I drink apple or lemon juice hoping that bit by bit those remedies
would wear down the stone, but if they don’t even go into the
gallbladder… then how does it work to soften the stones in the
gallbladder. For that matter.. how do the stones themselves get into
the gallbladder from the liver? If stones can fall into the
gallbladder.. can food too? Very confused.. Diane
