About 10 years ago I went to a chiroprator with lower back pain. The X-rays
showed that I had gallstones (not the cause of the back pain, but they just
happened to show up in the X-rays). This wonderful man gave me a recipe for a
Liver Flush, and I’ve been using it with great results ever since then. I know
its time to ‘flush’ when heartburn really kicks in. It says to drink 2 - 4
quarts of apple juice daily for 5 days, to soften the gallstones. On the sixth
day, eat a grapefuit for supper, followed by 2-4 teaspoons of Epsom salts in a
glass of water. Two hours later repeat the Epsom salts. Before bed, mix and
drink 1/2 cup of refined olive oil with 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Go to bed, lie
on your right side with right leg pulled up to your chest. Next morning,
repeat Epsom salts, and VOILA, lots of stones or something are flushed for a
few hours. No nausea, feel great, but hate these horrible-tasting
ingredients. All previous flushes eliminated hundreds of bright green “peas”.
My last flush, done this morning, resulted in big (marble size and walnut size)
brown “lumps”, and then eventually the green peas. I shudder to think that all
this disgusting stuff is hiding in my organs. I do recommend this flush to
everyone.

I had total diarrhea into the second day after the flush with epsom salt, olive
oil and lemon. I also did a coffee enema which did not add much but got me high
enough to write poetry again. I stopped it with clay, charcoal, and carob to
absorb toxins. Even raw cheese did nothing and that is usually constipating.
But I still get painful stomach aches if I try to eat normally. I am wondering
if anyone else has had lasting diarrhea. My nutritionist (Aajonus
Vonderplanitz) said I would have to have diarrhea or vomiting to get rid of
caustic “bile” that has spread all over my body.

Hi everybody,
The ultrasound said I have a stone of 1 cm (0.4 inches) in diameter.
This Saturday I did Hulda’s flush, and the next morning lots of green
liquid and little soft stones went out. I said wow. This morning
(Monday) I went to the ultrasound, and it reported the big calcified
stone is still there. I am going to repeat in two weeks. Does
anybody know why it wouldn’t come out?

I use this flush now for 4-5 days prior to doing the gallbladder cleanse. I
use apple or grape juice (which he says is also good). I start out the first
day with 1 clove of garlic and one tablespoon of olive oil in the mixture and
increase those by one each day.
I have found that it’s much easier, since I have my own juicer, to actually
juice the garlic and ginger in with the juice and then I add the oil and the
other 8 oz of water. If you use a blender, just be sure to really blend it
well. The first time I did it I used the blender and I ended up with chunks
of garlic and ginger in the bottom of the glass and almost threw up! So
my words of advice if you have a blender would be to put a smaller amount of
the juice in the blender with the garlic and ginger so that it can blend it
really well. (Or maybe I just need to get a better blender, eh?) in health,

I am doing the liver flush for the first time tomorrow. Dr. Clark says
do not eat or drink after 2pm. Drink what? Surely this does not mean
do not drink anything, including water.. Anyone that has done the
flush, can you answer this question for me?
About a year ago I tried a liver cleanse as I know I have liver troubles.
Prior to that cleanse I have been dehydrated and also have some kidney troubles,
so I have been drinking lot more water . Well, not drinking anything except
the epsome salts and the olive/grapefruit drinks, I thought I did damage to my
kidneys. I got 3 small green gel blobs out. I did feel better after I started
drinking water again. Now I am afraid of another cleanse, but I really need it.
Has anybody cleansed but drank some water too?Even some small sips of water,
would that ruin or delute the cleanse.
Jeanne
You might feel sick if you drink after 2 pm. That’s why it’s recommended
to drink a lot prior to 2 p.m. I drink 48 ounces of organic apple juice
and another 2 glasses of water and some fruit. I do my fasting while
I’m at work and managed to do it just fine.
The reason why I’ve found oil to be constipating is because of the
congestion and gallstones. Since the gallbladder has all this junk in
it clogging it, the bile can’t get through which is necessary for
digestion. If I didn’t take the enzymes, and extra fiber and Willard
Water, I’d be more constipated. Also I rebound which helps the lympatic
system.
The coffee enema sounds ok to me. I have done high water enemas in the
past, but only once a week, and have not done the coffee enemas, though
I’ve read about them for theraputic purposes and detoxing.
Namaste,
Cathy
A friend scared me real bad about getting a stone stuck inside me; so
that I wanted to back out. I have the apples and things to do this,
probably tomorrow.

Yes, you do not drink anything at all whatsoever after 2 pm. I’ve not
found that to be a problem. You drink the epsom salts at 6 pm.
