i need help my back pain is horrible. i need to know how to feel
better. i am having ultrasound thursday for this
gallstones/gallbladder but please help me-i can’t barely stand am
nauseas, turn red in the face on and off-but the pain is murder-only
use tylenol-help me please-thanks sam

I don’t have marbles (my son is three) so I used a tennis ball and
boy did it feel great.
Also, to add to Dale’s post about the epsom salts, I added a little
lemon juice to mine to make it taste a little more tolerable.
