Hi all!
I have been ‘lurking’ about learning from each of you over the last
week. I am thankful to have found this group because I needed to
find someone else out there who might be experiencing some of what I
am - since i know of no one else.
My name is Sally and after many months, I think I might be on the
right path to solving my problem. After many illnesses, medicaiton,
pregnancy/miscarriage, etc., I went to a chiropractor who also does
acupuncture. He believes that I have a problem with my liver. I
went to a holistic doctor who said the same thing (neither knew about
the other) and then I also foudn Julia CHang on the web and lo and
behold happened to be in Toronto on business the next week and had
the pleasure of meeting her! After looking at me, she also believes
I have a liver problem and gallbladder problem.
After several days of soul searching and fear, I think I am past the

concern that no ‘real’ doctor told me this. I started on JUlia’s
herbal program and thanks to Dale, I started Dr. Cabot’s LCD. I am
starting to see some signs of change (which I hope is healing too!).
I still get a little fearful if my stomach is a little off and also
don’t know to be expecting.
WHat does the LCD do to cleanse the liver ? I realize that it is a
well thought out plan - but what is happening? Is mucous being
expelled or bile getting jumpstarted or what??
Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated and I don’t mind
answering any questions.
Again thanks for being there.
SAlly

Hi, I am new to the list and joined in hopes of getting support/info
for where I’m at. I had my gallbladder removed about 5 years ago
(wish I knew better), and things got worse, not better afterwards.
My main problems are upper intestinal spasms and headaches. After no
help from doctors and researching myself, I have found that my
symptoms match those of postcholecystectomy bilary dyskinesia. I am
interested in the “cleanse stuff” I’ve read about, but am hesitant
since I am breastfeeding. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

    Hello Helge and welcome!
    I was in Norway in 1983 - it’s a beautiful country! :) Glad you’ve joined
the list and I hope that you find some suggestions and help for your
digestive problems. There is also a bowel cleanse group that might be of
interest to you as well - it’s sort of a “sister group” to this one (to use a
    very sexist term!!).
Thanks for the information you’ve shared.
    in health,
    Rachel

    Hello all!
I’m new to the list. I found out about a month ago that I have Candida and have
been on a Candida program that I just finished. Before I go on a weight loss
program I want to take a few months, (since doing a lot of reading I’ve come to
the conclusion that is how long it will take) to do some really intense
    cleansing of my whole body.
I do not have gallstones, but both my mom and sister had to have their
gallbladders removed because of gallstones, so I would like to prevent them
before I might get them. I am interested in gallbladder cleanses and general
    gallbladder health.
If anyone has a good gallbladder cleanse, I would appreciate the info.
    Thank you!

Hello, my name is Pam. I am wife to Marvin and Mom to five (ages 15-3).
I joined this group due to my 15 dd’s health. She has a damaged liver, possible
gall bladder problems (we will be getting an ultrasound this week) and am on the
way to our Dr. (Naturopath) in an hour to see the results of her last blood work
up. We did find out briefly that she is carrying viruses that may be the
    culprit to the liver issues.
We have been working naturally for almost a full year now to heal her body.
Things were getting better until the past two weeks and her enzymes… are going
    crazy.
I look forward to the information we can gather from the archives and from those
of you who are/have walked this path before us.
    Pam in Colorado
who is learning more “science stuff” than I ever hoped to. :) PS: any and all advice, information… is very welcomed. TIA
