I appreciated your posts regarding preparation for a cleanse….I have
been checking out some of the sites you recommended….I am a little
leary of the Gallcleanse site as I have been unable to substantiate
that any of the studies they cite have actually been done….they cite
obscure pubications that I could not locate …some of the studies were
done in Cairo??? Also no luck in finding any info on Drs. Tribhaven
and Pranay. Dr. Pranay’s picture shows up on a clip art site. Do you
have any indications that this product is anything more than marketing
hype? I think you are wise to suggest preparing for a cleanse….I
would like to do this….but not sure that Gallcleanse is legitimate at
all…do you have any input on this? Thanks again!

Epsom Only
August 31st, 2007 · 1 Comment
Has anyone tried the flush procedure without oil and citrus and just
the epsom salts at various periods as defined in the protocol.
What benefits would you see - no doubt it would clean the gut out -
would this relieve discomfort ?

Difference between lemon and grapefruit in cleanse?
August 31st, 2007 · No Comments
Hi all,
A friend of mine has had heart surgery and has been told not to have
grapefruit. Is lemon as effective when doing a liver cleanse? What is
the difference between the citrus juices when cleansing? Are lime and
orange also effective?

OIL SWISHING
August 30th, 2007 · No Comments
I believe there is something in this easy method..but I had to stop for a while
because it stimulated my liver too much..
but this would not necessarily be a problem for everyone..and I think its a good
method.

1 cm Gall Stone
August 29th, 2007 · 2 Comments
My husband tells me that 1 cm is approximately equal to 3/4 inch. I’ve passed
two stones that were 3/4 inch. The purpose of the flushes is to soften the
stones to allow them to pass. That’s exactly what happened to me. I did 3
flushes and passed many stones. Some were the size of corn, some the size of
hominy and a few were 1/2 inch and two were 3/4 inch.

I have a 1 cm gall stone in my gall bladder that was found with a sonogram.
I’m hoping there is someone out there that has had a large stone and have
successfully worn it down and flushed it without complications. Has anyone out
there tried this???

questions about sludge.
August 29th, 2007 · No Comments
I don’t know if anyone has this problem. After spending 5 days in the
hopsital with every test known to man, the only two things they came up
with is that i have an ulcer and sludge in my gallbladder. I have pain
in my abdomen, nausea all the time, and pain in my back..both left and
right side. I have tried the lemon and olive oil flush a few times with
not so good results prior to this. I am almost afraid to try anything
else because i am afraid it will cause another attack. Is there anyway
to thin the sludge without them ripping out my gallbladder. Any advice
would be helpful..thanks to anyone who responds.

BEWARE of presidential hopeful
August 29th, 2007 · No Comments
Hey Group, we need to beware of how our health freedoms could be affected by
this upcoming election. Guess who’s in the pocket of the pharmaceutical
companies. Dee Edwards backs mandatory preventive care By AMY LORENTZEN,
Associated Press WriterSun Sep 2, 6:30 PM ET Democratic presidential hopeful
John Edwards said on Sunday that his universal health care proposal would
require that Americans go to the doctor for preventive care.”It requires that
everybody be covered. It requires that everybody get preventive care,” he told a
crowd sitting in lawn chairs in front of the Cedar County Courthouse. “If you
are going to be in the system, you can’t choose not to go to the doctor for 20
years. You have to go in and be checked and make sure that you are OK.”He noted,
for example, that women would be required to have regular mammograms in an
effort to find and treat “the first trace of problem.” Edwards and his wife,
Elizabeth, announced earlier this year that her breast cancer had returned and
spread.Edwards said his mandatory health care plan would cover preventive,
chronic and long-term health care. The plan would include mental health care as

August 28th, 2007 · 2 Comments
Hi,
I am new to this group and was wondering if anyone has a good simple
liver cleanse preferably without epsom salt.I tried it once before and
it burned so much I was bleeding. Is there a supplement you can take
regularly that would do a mild cleanse?I was also wondering what
citrus juices can be used and what the difference is between them.
Thank you,
Nicole

REPLY TO CC

Dear CC
yes i have also read that grains can be the cause of many health issues..or at
least a contributary factor..
Not sure how this sits with the Macrobiotic camp..who eat a large amount of a
variety of grains..perhaps fermenting and sprouting of the grains makes them
more digestible and less acid on the body.
I am not a vegetarian either, and vegetarians are not always healthier than
meat eaters..
I think where we all fall down is in the amounts of any food group that we
inject daily..
Many village communities eat very small amounts of animal foods..but this is
usually offset by quite large amounts of vegetables in comparsion.
I know I am a lot better if I stay off bread and so is my gallbladder and liver.
thanks
